Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and goold bet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the goold bet website located at goold-bet.com, including all associated services, games, betting markets, payment systems, and customer support channels (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the goold bet website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion or game offered on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. Where ambiguity exists, goold bet's interpretation shall prevail. The English version of these Terms is the authoritative version; no other translation carries legal weight in the event of a dispute.

These Terms are supplemented by goold bet's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. All supplementary documents form part of the agreement between you and goold bet and should be read alongside these Terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain a goold bet account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual person acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or trustee acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended goold bet account.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of a third party, and you are not acting under instruction from any other person to place bets or play games.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, partner, or affiliate of goold bet, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person residing in the same household.
• Your participation in online gaming is legal under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.

Age Verification Process

goold bet reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify that you meet the minimum age requirement. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. You may be asked to provide these documents before your account is fully activated, before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any point during your account's lifetime if goold bet has reason to question your eligibility.

If age verification documentation is requested and not provided within the specified timeframe, goold bet reserves the right to suspend your account and withhold any pending withdrawal until the verification is completed satisfactorily. In the event that a player is confirmed to be under 18 years of age, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned minus any bonus amounts already utilised, and any winnings will be forfeited in full.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full functionality of the goold bet Platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid mobile phone number capable of receiving OTP verification codes, a unique username, and a secure password. Account Security

goold bet processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits and withdrawals are conducted exclusively through the payment methods supported by the Platform. goold bet does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond goold bet's control.

Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on goold bet for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking), and Upay. Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank Bangladesh, and Sonali Bank are also supported for deposits and withdrawals, subject to minimum transaction amounts.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500 per transaction.
• The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Deposited funds become available in your goold bet wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• goold bet reserves the right to request proof of deposit in the event of a disputed transaction.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal via mobile wallet is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method in your own name that was previously used to fund your account, or to a verified payment method on file.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day.
• goold bet reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspicious account activity.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances and winnings derived from real-money play after wagering requirements are met are eligible for withdrawal.
• goold bet reserves the right to request proof of identity and payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether prior verification has been completed.

Bonuses & Promotions

goold bet offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each offer at the time it is presented.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed the relevant qualification steps (e.g., making a qualifying deposit, entering a valid bonus code where required).
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be made.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the goold bet Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following obligations and restrictions apply to every goold bet account holder without exception.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful personal information at registration and during all subsequent verification processes.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify goold bet immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial or professional gambling operation.
• Read and comply with the specific rules of each game or betting market before participating.
• Make use of goold bet's responsible gaming tools if you feel your gaming activity is exceeding your personal limits.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction relating to online gaming and financial transactions.

You agree not to:

• Register more than one account on the goold bet Platform, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Use any form of automated software, bot, script, macro, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human users.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any component of the Platform's software, game engines, odds engines, or payment systems.
• Engage in match-fixing, collusion, or any coordinated activity with other players designed to manipulate game outcomes or unfairly extract value from the Platform.
• Use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financially criminal activity. goold bet actively monitors accounts for suspicious financial patterns and cooperates fully with relevant financial crime investigations.
• Make deposits using payment methods not registered in your own name, or using stolen, fraudulent, or disputed payment credentials.
• Threaten, harass, or abuse goold bet support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempt to circumvent any self-exclusion, account closure, or responsible gaming restriction you or goold bet has placed on your account.

Account Suspension & Closure

goold bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information at registration or during verification.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity as defined in these Terms.
• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy published on the Platform.
• goold bet has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, bonus abuse, or coordinated exploitation of the Platform.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
• goold bet is required to close the account by any applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority.

Voluntary Closure

If you wish to close your goold bet account voluntarily, contact our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel their gaming has become a problem may request self-exclusion via goold bet's Responsible Gaming tools. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to access the Platform, make deposits, or receive promotional communications from goold bet. Self-exclusion cannot be cancelled for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

Limitation of Liability

goold bet provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure the Platform is available, accurate, and free from technical defects, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, goold bet shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from technical failures, server downtime, software errors, or third-party payment provider disruptions, except where such losses are directly caused by goold bet's proven negligence.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any loss of data, loss of profit, or financial loss beyond the verified real-money balance held in your goold bet account at the time of the relevant incident.
• Any outcome of bets or games that were placed or played during a documented system error, where the error materially affected the fairness of the outcome. In such cases, goold bet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to affected players.

Nothing in these Terms limits goold bet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by goold bet's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
